About Us

International Hospitality Consulting is based out of the Greater Philadelphia Area. We have over 40 years of experience in the hospitality industry. We specialize in, but are not limited to, restaurants, bars and night clubs. We provide our clients with the knowledge and tools to not only improve their business and bottom line, but to set the brand standards in their markets.

 

We have a distinct passion for food that encompasses every aspect of our consulting practice. This passion grew from over 40 years of success with helping existing and aspiring restauranteurs through everything from concept development, restaurant design, financial modeling, menu development, marketing, training and grand opening. FOUNDER

Rocco Desiderio

Rocco Desiderio has over 40 years of experience in executive, operational and restaurant management, as well as sales and strategic business planning. Rocco has owned and operated multiple 5 star restaurants throughout New York, New Jersey and Philadelphia. He Is currently an Independent Management Consultant. Throughout Rocco’s career, he has managed employees and the delivery of products and solutions in support of restaurant and business verticals.
